Alliance etiquette are rules the playerbase has decided to play by. These rules are usually known as D.N.A. (Do Not Attack) rules. Basically these rules states Do not attack Who, Why, What, How many, When to hence the name. These rules usually are reinforced by all the big alliances on the server. Breaking these rules can have consequences for you and for your alliances such as war between your two alliances and or allies. They usually aim to make PvP fair and protect smaller players from the big ones.

These are some common rules, however these rules differ between the different servers and may change, so players ought to make sure to ask their alliance leaders before engaging in PvP battles.

  • Do not steal any Outpost, Resource Village, or Control Point (monuments, Labs. etc.) even if the player is in ruins without permission if he is in a alliance protected by D.N.A.
  • Do not attack any players at a much higher or lower level to you (the higher level you are, the bigger the difference can be. Below lvl 70, stick to 10 levels either side of your own. Above level 70, a player’s level isn’t as accurate an indicator of their power - might points are much better at this - so as long as you stay within a few hundred levels you should be fine).
  • Do not attack the same player multiple times unless you are permitted (You'll usually get the permission if you are the defender of a previous violation. But you will need proof against the Offender. If the situation is serious defender may get to send multiple attacks and may able to get the support of other alliance members or even powerful players in the alliance family).
  • Do not attack a castle that has buildings on fire within it.
  • Keep in your mind if you are launching event attack, just for event rewards, watch out if they might attack you by real not event attack. This sometimes might haunt you even you launch an event attack, as well as they can counter attack you.
  • Do not attack players with a vastly different number of might points to you (the more might points you have, the bigger the difference can be, but roughly 10-20% either side of your own might point count is a good estimate. Eg. if you have 200k might points, attack between 160k and 240k. If you have 2 million might points, between 1.6 mil and 2.4 mil).

Additional Rules (may or may not apply in most of servers)[]

  • Attack prevention in berimond events.
  • Attack prevention in storm castles.
  • Attack prevention in shady lady event (In most servers players banned the entire event. But you are allowed to play if the other party agrees to receive the attack).
  • Attack prevention in OR if in the same server (Very rare).
  • Attack prevention in BTH if in the same server (Very rare).
