The Banner is a Siege Tool that can be produced in a Level 2 Siege workshop that increases the total amount of Glory Points received in a battle by 1%. They cost 125 Coins to create and they have a travel speed of 15. You can find some of this on Mercenary post, and can also get some at the Wheel of Fortune.
