Decorative items, such as supplies, outhouses, reward from event, etc, are used to increase your public order. Public order is shown by the red and green bar at the top of the screen.
Public order can be increased by :
Build/place decorative items in your main castle/outpost, which obtained from events or replacing a decorations with higher public order.
Level up your decoration via Fusion Forge.
Upgrade any building which contains public order.
Equip a relic castellan which contains public order bonus. (max : +10000 PO)
Assign any appearance build item which gives you public orders.
There are many ways to get decorations. There are :
Build from build menu (Regular decorations).
Trade Gold Pieces from Master Blacksmith.
Trade temporary currencies from Master Blacksmith.
Trade Pearls from The Blade Coast.
Trade Khan tablets, Khan medals from Khan tablet trader and/or Khan medal merchant.

Trade Aquamarines from Luna's trade boat in Storm Islands.
